Oh Lord, the lyrics! The unenthused delivery with an accent, combined with harmonizing. Sounds like a great parody song to me! The piano playing is on point too!

ZaazNG responds:

Thank you so much! This was a blast to work on, and Tim's lyrics are brilliant lol
Glad that you enjoyed it! :D

I think I can hear a little bit of your voice reflecting off of something, but that's not really a big issue. Very good narration and cadence for the excerpt's tone.

Hello! I happened to find you via the Creepypasta collab thread. I might need some voice actors soon for a project, so I made a list of the voice actors who added to the thread to start off.

This is really clean audio and great delivery, with a wide range of tones of voice/inflections to convey different characterizations!

Plasmarift responds:

Thank you very much! I was actually embarrassed to find out I submitted this audition after the collaboration had closed (in my defense, the announcement that it was closed was in a reply to the original post). Still, I'm glad you liked it!

I'm honored that you are considering me for a project. I'd be interested in hearing about it. Even if I'm ultimately not chosen for it, I wish you luck with it!

Love the retro video game vibe with the punchy chords and percussion! This is so much fun!

*off key* nanananana na nanananana na nanananana na nanananana na

Now that I listened to the original for context, I get the humor of this and I absolutely love it. The juxtaposition of epic rock/orchestral and Latin choir with banjo, guns, and an occasional "YEEEEEEHAW!" or "AAAH!" thrown in is just top notch. Very silly, very hillbilly/overall "Murica" humor, very great.

So I listened to this first to understand the context of Waterflame's "With Gun and Burger", and this is genuinely amazing! It fits together pretty coherently as a cinematic piece, and it has a catchy melody as well. It's definitely not orchestrated in the way somebody with classical training might do, but it supports itself well enough that it doesn't need to.

Sounds like you're a flying bullet hell boss or a fast-paced Nintendo platformer boss. Either way I'm getting Japanese video game vibes here, but I think that's mainly because of the way the super-fast piano is written. I like how you incorporated a lot of ethereal-sounding elements, but also kept it sounding fast-paced.

It's not quite my taste in boss themes, but I'm giving it 5 stars anyway because of just how well-executed it is. I love the different synth instruments you used and how they all fit together really well in the mix!

Hmm, after I beat the space robot, I scavenged as much material as I could from its body and made some cool inventions! The best prize is the one that allows you an opportunity to create.

I never got to play the game, since I don't own a drawing tablet, but I happened to see this pop up and got curious. Love the way this sounds, with the distorted Bob Ross voice clips and overall electronic sound of it combined with the chiptune synths and distorted rock guitars. It all just fits really well together, very coherently. I also say that the methods you used to distort the Bob Ross clips are just spot on for a creepy electronic vibe. Love it overall!

Edit: And it also doesn't get old after listening to it on loop many times. An important thing for video game music!

I haven't even gotten to the point where I could get a taste of this music in the game, but all I can say is yes! I love the combination of the galloping rhythm, the synths used, and the general melodic structure. Plus the analog and electronic drums used together - you did that so well! It all fits really well together. This is good stuff.

ComposerEvans responds:

Thanks man! Harmonising riffs with parallel major 3rds just sounds really phat! Especially on synths!
